| Q: |
What are the advantages of hiring a professional? |
| A: |
Since your wedding is one of those once-in-a-lifetime moments, when all your family and friends gather in one place to celebrate your new family, accurately recording the feeling of the moment is very important. You want someone with wedding photography experience to make sure all goes as planned and your coverage is complete. Relying on family and friends, who may know a bit about photography but do not have extensive experience with weddings, can be a huge mistake. Remember you have just one chance to get it right. This is one time that you really must hire a professional.

| Q: |
Can you photograph in a church without a flash? |
| A: |
Yes. Many churches do not allow a flash to be used during the ceremony. Our professional equipment and film are well adapted to make excellent photos under such conditions and we have extensive experience with these situations.

| Q: |
Can other people take pictures while the photographer is working? |
| A: |
Most of the time other people taking pictures is not a problem, but we ask that we have the right to ask them to not take them if it is interfering with our work. Especially during formal or family pictures, subjects must be focused on one photographer.

|
| Q: |
If the digital files or negatives are included can I make my own prints? |
| A: |
Yes, although for the best possible and longest lasting prints we recommend ordering through our studio. We will custom optimize and crop each photograph and even include minor retouching upon request. We want our work to look its best and if your not happy we're not happy. You wont find that kind of service at a drug store lab.

| A: |
Yes. We require a $500 deposit to secure a date and time for your wedding day. The time is reserved when the deposit is received. Some Saturdays during the Spring and Summer busy season fill up quickly, so a prompt response is highly recommended. The package balance is due 30 days before the wedding date. | Q: |
Do you plan the photographic coverage with the bride and groom? |
| A: |
Yes. The photographer is available in person or by phone to discuss the details of your wedding day. During the consultation we cover all aspects, including time line, location, regulations (of the church or otherwise), family issues and much more. We have found that the more we know about the bride and groom and what is important to you, the more delighted you will be with the photographs.

|
| Q: |
Can we request that special photographs be taken? |
| A: |
Yes. During the consultation, we recommend you give us your special requests - a list of all the photographs you want us to be sure to get. You know your family and friends better than we do, so a list is very helpful. You will want to be sure to include at least one picture of friends and family that have traveled a great distance.

|
| Q: |
How much time do we need before the ceremony for photographs? |
| A: |
We usually will start about an hour and a half to two hours before the ceremony to get the photos of the bride alone, with her parents, her parents, and the bride with her attendants. We would also photograph the groom alone, with his parents, his parents, and the groom with his attendants. This time will vary with the number of people in the wedding party and the locations available

|
| Q: |
How much time do we need after the ceremony for formal photographs? |
| A: |
Just after the ceremony we like to first give you and you new spouse a chance to say, "Hi" and spend a few moments with your wedding party, then we would generally need about 45 minuets for photographs after the ceremony. These are the formal photographs usually taken in the church or the location of the ceremony. They would include the bride and groom, wedding party and immediate family members.

|
| Q: |
Do we need to meet with you before our wedding date? |
| A: |
It is always our preference to meet with the bride and groom in person before the wedding day, but for some out of town couples it’s not always possible. We have found that through phone consultations and emails we can insure that we will not only get the great photographs that you will cherish but also have a fun time in the process.
