Deborah Swanson, Director of Marketing and Design
Deborah Swanson has been a full time graphic designer since 1987. In 1986 she graduated from Otis Parsons Art Institute, Los Angeles where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Design/Illustration. She began her business in Los Angeles with clients like Johnson & Johnson and L.A. Metropolitan Water Co.
In 1988, Deborah moved to San Luis Obispo to start Studio 101 West with her husband and business partner, Dennis. She has won numerous awards for her print and multimedia graphic design.
She now handles all of the marketing for the studio, assists for weddings as a second shooter, and does graphic design for a number of clients. On top of those roles she also homeschools their two children.
