| A: | Usage fees are fees charged based on how much and for how long the image will be used.

| Q: | Can I buy your stock images outright? |
| A: | No not usually. Since stock photography is part of our continuing revenu we don't usually sell our images outright . Please call us and talk to us about your particular situation.

| Q: | Who owns the copyright of the image I purchase? |
| A: | Dennis Swanson at Studio 101 West owns the copyright.

| Q: | Can I use my photos for anything I want? |
| A: | No. The stock image that you purchase may only be used for the stated uses at the time of purchase. Stock photography may not be resold to a third party.

| Q: | What is image resolution? |
| A: | Image resolution is the original amount of digital data in your photograph. We shoot with the highest level of data possible. Images can always go smaller than the original resolution but should not go larger than the original resolution. Images used for offset printing should be at least 300 dpi (dots per inch) at 100% size. |

| A: | Images used for offset printing should be at least 300 dpi (dots per inch) at 100% size.

| Q: | How do I receive my images ? |
| A: | We can provide your images on CD rom or DVD or they can be downloaded from our server or uploaded to your server. Just let us know what you need. Also let us know what format you prefer to receive your images in. If you don't specify, we will provide images in RGB, .jpg format

| Q: | Do you have images from outside the USA? |
| A: | Yes. We have images from many locations in the USA as well as images from Malaysia, Borneo, Germany, Thiland, Canada, and Mexico. Our biggest selection on images come from California, especially the Central Coast, the Sierras, and Northern California. We have many landscape images as well as images with people.
